A fun adaptation of the classic Space Invaders.

Following the success of the legendary Space Invaders, the shooter genre became more popular from the late 1970s until the first half of the 1980s, including several titles such as Taito, Asteroids, Galaxian or Galaga, in the cult game category. So much so that even today you can see those adaptations of classics like this Alien Intruders.

Retrieving the gameplay of that Space Invaders, Alien Intruders puts you at the controls of a combat ship and lets you kill the aliens who want to invade our planet. Like the original, your movements will be limited to horizontal displacements at the bottom of the screen, while shooting a group of alien aircraft approaching in ever greater numbers.

Although the classic formula of the shooter can still be fun for the older and nostalgic gamers, the fact is that the gaming industry has evolved considerably since the glory years of the genre, and today some new ideas are needed to win new fans. It's for this reason that Alien Intruders, with a more modern graphic style, also surprises you with the inclusion of original items like an enemy ship which appears from time to time, and is responsible for deleting the last digit of your points, which forces you to act quickly if you don't want to ruin your score, giving more incentives to the games.
